- Dwight Salkey, PT, DPT, MSHSA, CEAS – Physical Therapist/Owner: Dwight founded Preferred Therapy Services to help his community move better and live healthier lives. With years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, he focuses on individualized care, hands-on treatment, and patient education. His calm and encouraging approach helps patients feel comfortable and motivated throughout their recovery.
- Jeremy Salkey, Salkey, DPT – Physical Therapist: As Dwight’s son and colleague, Jeremy shares his father’s passion for helping people feel and move better. He enjoys working with patients of all ages, using personalized exercise and manual therapy to promote healing. Jeremy is conversational in Spanish and helps the clinic connect with Highland’s large Hispanic community.
