  • Dwight is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I've experienced mild injuries with my wrists, elbows, and shoulders and Dwight has treated me to a level that I was able to return to Crossfit - stronger and healthier. It's nice to have someone understand how passionate you are about a particular sport/activity and encourages to continue, while at the same time, providing treatment and exercises that to strengthen those areas. He is really great and what he does!
