With over three decades of experience in physical therapy, Dr. Dwight A. Salkey has dedicated his career to helping individuals regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore their quality of life. As the owner of Preferred Therapy Services in Highland, CA, he leads a practice committed to personalized, hands-on care for clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking to improve movement and function.
A proud graduate of Loma Linda University, Dr. Salkey earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1987. He later pursued a Master’s in Health Services Administration from California State University, San Bernardino, in 1995 and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at Chapman University in 2015. His extensive background allows him to merge clinical expertise with administrative leadership, ensuring his patients receive the highest quality care.
Dr. Salkey has a specialized focus on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, as well as the prevention and management of work-related injuries. He is passionate about empowering his patients-restoring not just movement, but confidence and independence.
